Legal rights always stand
H.O.O.R. wants to reduce avoidable repeated requests and unnecessary escalations — while Freedom of Information (Woo) and GDPR access requests remain statutory rights. Mediation never suspends legal deadlines, and we never ask anyone to give up formal requests or legal remedies.
