Board & team
Supervisory Board (voluntary: Ruud Mannaart, John van der Velden) and remunerated executive board (Jennieke Dorgelo, Mourat, Natascha) of Foundation H.O.O.R.
Foundation H.O.O.R. has a two-tier governance structure: a voluntary Supervisory Board and a remunerated executive board. Oversight and execution are clearly separated.
Supervisory Board
Ruud Mannaart
Chair of the Supervisory Board
PhD in administrative law. Oversight of the executive board, the statutory framework and the remuneration policy.
John van der Velden
Treasurer/Secretary of the Supervisory Board
Data Security Analyst. Finance, record-keeping and oversight of data protection.

This position is still open. Interested? Contact us via info@hoor.nl.
Members of the Supervisory Board serve on a voluntary basis and are unremunerated.
Executive board
Jennieke Dorgelo
Chair
Strategy, external relations, cooperation with agencies and safeguarding the social mission.
Mourat
Member of the executive board
Investigation coordination, correspondence and quality assurance.
Natascha
Member of the executive board
Reporting, contract management, case-file processes and record-keeping.
Governance
The Supervisory Board oversees the executive board and appoints, suspends and dismisses its members. The executive board is remunerated; its members do not decide on their own remuneration — it is set by the Supervisory Board through independent assessment procedures. The remuneration policy is published.
ANBI ambition
H.O.O.R. aims for ANBI (public benefit organisation) status under conditions. The Dutch Tax Administration sets requirements for public benefit, governance and publication obligations. These are being assessed; until then the ANBI status is an ambition, not a certainty.
Provincial network
Beyond the board, H.O.O.R. is carried by volunteers in the support. See Word volunteer for tasks and allowance, and Support partners for those supporting our mission.
