Request help
Request support from Foundation H.O.O.R. — describe your situation briefly; we will honestly assess whether we can take on your case.
Your request does not need to be legally substantiated. Describe in your own words what is going on — we will assess whether and how H.O.O.R. can help.
What is useful to send?
The more complete your first message, the faster we can assess:
- what you experience as the problem and which event or decision is central;
- which organisations or agencies are involved;
- which documents, decisions or correspondence you already have;
- what result you want to achieve;
- whether deadlines are running (objection, appeal, complaint);
- whether acute risks or safety issues play a role.
What happens next?
- Intake — we record your question and ask clarifying questions if needed.
- Assessment — we check fit with our mission, severity, feasibility, safety and our capacity.
- Decision — within a few working days we tell you whether we take on your case, which step we take or to whom we refer you.
Limits of our support
H.O.O.R. does not provide legal aid and does not replace a lawyer or court. If a deadline for objection or appeal is running, observe it in time — mediation does not suspend statutory deadlines. In doubt? Ask us, and if necessary consult a legal expert in parallel.
Send your request
Email us with a short description of your situation. Mention your country of residence and whether deadlines are running.
